KSIDC Recruitment 2022 Qualification Details
1. Business Development Executive
- 1 st class Degree with MBA (Finance)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years postqualification experience in the field of project appraisals, processing loan applications, verification of books of accounts, financial statement analysis, monitoring financial performance, preparation of MIS Reports, etc.
- 1 st class in B. Tech (CS /Mech/ Electronics &Comm)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in the field of project appraisals, processing loan applications, managing the operations, marketing, and development of the Business KERALA STATE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LTD. Incubator/ Business Processing Centre, providing coaching and advisory support to entrepreneurs, etc.
3. Accounts Executive
- Pass in Intermediate examination of CA /CMA
- Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in the GST Filing, TDS Return, PF works, TDS on salary, processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements, accounts payable, bank reconciliation preparation of various Finance & Accounts reports, etc,
4. Secretarial Executive
- Company Secretary – Finalist
- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) arranging the company board meetings, maintaining company records as per regulations, maintaining company statutory registers, drafting agenda to the meetings, drafting minutes of the meetings Drafting of board resolutions, corporate social responsibility activities.

General Instructions
