- Massage Therapist - 104
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION
Essential Qualification:- Passed matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board with Certificate Course in Massage Therapy or equivalent.
- Work Experiethe nce in field of sports
Age limit:
Not exceeding 35 years as on the closing date for submission of online application. 2 years of age relaxation is granted for current SAI employees in the post of masseur’s/masseuse.Relaxation of age limit for SC/ST/OBC/Ex- Serviceman shall be as per DoPT OM No 15012/2/2010-Estt9D0 dated 27.3.2012.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
Candidates will be selected based on written tests/personal interviews/medical tests/ walk-in interviews. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Massage therapists in the Sports Authority of India.
Nature of Work
Sports massage, recovery, and relaxation of the Athlete.
Advice the athletes on relaxation techniques to help prevent muscle problems and stress.
Study an athlete’s clinical and physical history and prepare and massage accordingly.
Use of electrical massaging and recovery of the athlete.
Work in the field with athletes.
THE FOLLOWING ESSENTIAL CERTIFICATES/ DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SELF-ATTESTED, SCANNED, AND UPLOADED STRICTLY IN THE ORDER MENTIONED BELOW ALL COMPILED IN A SINGLE PDF FILE.

b) Document for DOB.
c) Proof of Identity.
d) Category Certificate-OBC/SC/ST/EWS
e) 10th standard mark sheet
f) Qualification document/Certificate of Massage therapy
g) Work experience Certificate.

i) Supporting document for Last Pay Drawn

Remuneration: -
Consolidated monthly remuneration is Rs 35,000/- with annual increments up to 10% based on performance assessment.
